Refund Policy

Welcome to Treehouse Innovations Private Limited ("Treehouse", "we", "our", or "us"). We strive to provide our customers with quality women's fashion products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
• The product is in its original condition.
• A valid proof of purchase/order number is provided.

Returns will not be accepted if the product:

• Has been used or washed.
• Is damaged due to customer handling.
• Is missing original tags or packaging.
• Is purchased during clearance or final sale (unless damaged or defective).

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

• A damaged product
• A defective product
• An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by providing:

• Order Number
• Product Images
• Package Images
• Unboxing Video (recommended)

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

3. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges for:

• Size issues (subject to stock availability)
• Damaged or defective products
• Wrong product delivered

Customers must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.

4. Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned product:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after obtaining the customer's bank details.

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

• Damaged product
• Wrong product shipped
• Manufacturing defect

We will bear the return shipping charges.

For all other returns (including size or preference changes), the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.

9. Refund Approval

Refunds are subject to inspection of the returned product. We reserve the right to reject any refund request if the product does not meet our return conditions.
